Years Experience: I have been a professional Salesman in Bemidji for 30 years, three years as a mortgage lender, and five years developing a large 70+ acre commercial retail property with special attention to demographic analysis of the Bemidji “draw area”, marketing, working with private and government oversight agencies and contractors. I created budgeting, investment, & pro forma analysis, and I met with tenants and tenant representatives to negotiate letters of intent, leases and purchase agreements.

Background:I have lived in Bemidji since 1976 and graduated from Bemidji State University. My hobbies include: being a “Showchoir Parent”, singing in the Bemidji Choral, hunting, fishing, martial arts instructor with a 2nd Degree Black Belt and I am an instrument rated, private pilot.

My wife Terry and I have two wonderful children that grew up in Bemidji and now attend university. We are active in our church and involved in Campus Ministry.
